Relenta is an email-based contact database management platform that has been on the market for over 10 years. To help the company reposition the brand in a competitive environment, I created a brand strategy where the new brand is defined as a new category – CIM, or Customer Interaction Management.

The new category highlights the unique functionality that makes Relenta a one-of-a-kind product with email and file sharing, contact timeline, sales and marketing automation, and powerful calendar and task management capabilities. Based on the brand strategy, I also wrote a website copy and created email newsletters for the brand.
